Lesley de Repentigny
President & CEO
Lesley is a recognized industry expert in simulation and advanced
learning environments training. She brings to DriveWise over 20
years of simulation experience to the team. Prior to founding DriveWise,
Lesley was VP of Simulation at Adacel, an air traffic control simulation
software company, where she was instrumental in creating industry
market dominance from the Company's start-up position to 80% market
ownership in under 5 years. Prior to Adacel, she was a distinguished
officer in the Canadian Forces.
Martin de Repentigny FMA, P.Eng.
Chief Operating Officer
Martin is an accomplished facility manager and senior leader. A
retired Air Forces officer, Martin has extensive experience in the
implementation of multi-million dollar services group and has managed
facilities. Prior to co-founding DriveWise, Martin was responsible
for the implementation of an advanced learning program for the United
States Air Force (USAF).
Alan Masters
Director Business Development
Alan is a highly experienced professional. His passion for the
trucking industry is evident. His expansive career has included
a long and prestige relationship with Hino Canada where his last
position was VP of Sales and Marketing. Alan brings his expertise,
visionary attitude and passion to lead the DriveWise team.
Sagar Shetye
Director of Simulation and Instructor
Sagar Shetye is a seasoned advanced learning designer, developer
and MTO certified driver instructor. In this former position, Sagar
was instrumental in developing advanced courseware for such leading
universities as Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and the University
of Alaska. He has tremendous experience in designing and developing
high-fidelity computer based instruction and in the integration
of virtual reality simulation to a learning environment.
Ron Hood
Master Instructor
Ron is responsible for driver training standards and for developing
the curriculum for DriveWise. Ron's 20 years of driving instruction
expertise stems from Young Drivers of Canada, where he held many
senior positions. During this time, Ron worked with a number of
trainees, and he was active in training and evaluating novice and
experienced drivers in safe driving techniques. In addition to his
many years of experience of in-car and in class instruction, as
one of the few Master Instructors in Ontario, he trained, developed
and examined other instructors. His solid experience is complemented
by an academic background in teaching and a passion for the development
of the best driver training curriculum Furthermore, during his tenure
at Young Drivers of Canada, he also was the proprietor of the Metro
Niagara School of Driving.
Ron holds an Honors Bachelor of Science degree from the University
of Guelph, a Bachelor of Education degree from Brock University.
