DriveWise driver training use, cancellation and rebooking policy for gift certificates

1. Only persons holding a valid drivers permit and/or drivers license are eligible to register and participate in the DriveWise Driver in-vehicle program

2. There is no cash equivalent for gift certificates

3. Participants are required to present the gift certificate(s) used to book their course to DriveWise staff on the first day of instruction

4. If, for some reason, a registered participant holding a gift certificate is unable to attend the scheduled course date, the registered participant will be entitles to re-book their session subject to the following conditions:

  a. 7 days or more, prior to the course date - persons are eligible to rebook their session
  b. 6 days or less, prior to the course date - persons are ineligible to rebook and forfeit the gift   certificate

5. All cancellation requests must be confirmed in writing to DriveWise at Fax xxx.xxx.xxxx by the registered participant and will be subject to the refund policy outlined in Section 4 above. Registered participants who do not attend the session on their scheduled date will forfeit the entire value of the gift certificate and are not eligible to re-book using the gift certificate

6. DriveWise reserves the right to cancel any session dates without notice, but will contact registrants for rebooking. No liability is assumed by DriveWise for changes in the session dates
