DriveWise is revolutionizing the driver training industry in Canada by incorporating state-of-the-art virtual reality driving simulation with hands-on instruction into a training experience that challenges the trainees and leads them to hone their driving skills. DriveWise accomplishes this by exposing the driver to driving situations that go beyond normal driver training experiences by using exciting and realistic virtual reality simulation training.
Our simulators will expose trainees to varying weather, traffic and time of day conditions to test and build their driving skills. Simulation enables trainees to experience and learn from a multitude of driving situations that can not be safely accomplished behind the wheel.
President’s Message
Early in my career as an Air Traffic controller in the Canadian Forces I had the privilege of being trained in an advanced learning environment that included Virtual Reality simulation. I am positive that the invaluable learning I received aided me in assisting aircraft in trouble as well as managing my daily responsibilities. It ignited in me a lifelong passion for the value of advanced learning and virtual reality simulation. Simulation enables one to train for high risk situations without the danger of injury or collision costs. My partner (who shares my passion) and I are honoured to bring this advanced learning to Road Safety in Canada. Our programs are designed with the high level of quality and learner retention methods that we honed in the military and aerospace industry. More and more one is required to have a higher degree of knowledge, technical and cognitive skills to correctly manage the risks of the modern roads. Lesley de Repentigny
President & CEO
Lesley is a recognized industry expert in simulation and advanced learning environments training. She brings to DriveWise over 20 years of simulation experience to the team. Prior to founding DriveWise, Lesley was VP of Strategy at Adacel, an air traffic control simulation software company, where she was instrumental in creating industry market dominance from the Company's start-up position to 80% market ownership in under 5 years. Prior to Adacel, she was a distinguished officer in the Canadian Forces. Lesley has led DriveWise from a market entry position to one of the industry’s largest players and the premier provider of high quality programs in under 4 years. Lesley is a graduate of Brock University.
Martin de Repentigny FMA, P.Eng.
Chief Operating Officer
Martin is an accomplished facility manager and senior leader. A retired Air Forces officer, Martin has extensive experience in the implementation of multi-million dollar services group and has managed facilities. Prior to co-founding DriveWise, Martin was responsible for the implementation of an advanced learning program for the United States Air Force (USAF). Martin has supported advanced learning environments world wide and is an accomplished Instructional Designer. Martin instructed at the College Militaire Royal and holds a Masters degree in Engineering.

Steve is a highly experienced Senior Instructor in the driver education industry. He brings with him a wealth of expertise and enthusiasm to ensure our Private Motor Vehicle and New Driver program remain state of the art. His dedication to Road Safety is a lifelong passion.
